      Pros

      Good benefits and friendly work environment. You have to have good sales numbers and ESQI (customer service score) to get promoted, other wise forget about it.

      Cons

      Cleaning cars in 95 degree heat or 40 degree cold weather with a white dress shirt and tie. If you have some what satisfied customers you cant get promoted and they will cut your commission. No cars to rent at times makes the job very stressful. Branch is always short staffed because upper management will not get you another employee. The work load can be very heavy and you just dont have time in the day to do everything. 7 to 7 is typical with little or no lunch break.

      Pros

      Younger work force, the people are normally nice, not a bad start right out of college, flex days but you were working the weekend if you HAD to take a flex day.

      Cons

      55 hour works weeks, poor pay, customers can be jerks, you wash cars in a shirt and tie, promote only off of matrix, never enough cars.

      Long hours for little pay in the beginnning Work is occasionally required on weekends Must have willingness to move around if you want to advance quickly
