      Good to learn, not to stay

      Pros

      ERAC is a good place to learn how to run a business and a to get good training in sales and customer service. Decent amount of opportunities to move up in company.

      Cons

      Hours are very long, but helps make days go by fast. Pretty easy to move up to at least Assistant Manager as long as your sales numbers are good. Branch Manager opportunities come along enough, but to get higher than that is extremely rare.

      Pros

      Very social atmosphere, lot's of colleagues in similar position, ability to move up, easy work. There are many locations throughout many different areas so transfers are easy if necessary.

      Cons

      Not much responsibility, several rungs on the ladder to climb but not much additional pay or responsibility. There was more of an emphasis on how much you would party rather than competency in leadership and management.
