Business Outlook
Pros
compensation for sales professionals is WAY better than most sales jobs available. Being in the car business it is nice to not have to partake in the cut throat negotiations that take place at regular car dealers due to our one price system.
Cons
Have to be willing to do the uncomforatable unglamorous tasks in order to put yourself in a position to suceed. Sales really start with your plan of attack not the "close". The hours can be a little crazy due to the business.
