Pros
Not a good company to work for, but can be used as a steppingstone to something much better. You learn how to wash cars if that tickles your fancy.
Cons
Long hours 7:30am to 6pm and later 5 days a week and 3 hours or more every other Saturday. The pay sucks. I broke it down one day and I was at $10.70 hr. I'd rather work at McDonald's where people are pleasant and not mad at you because THEY got into an accident. The extra insurance is a bunch of crap. Don't buy it. Upper management doesn't care about you or your family. If they say they do they are lying. Little chance for advancement. Going into management of any type like I did was a big waste. More responsibility, more guff from upper mgmt, and WAY more stress. If you want to hate your life, others, and people in general...then work for ECRAP. You can support a family on their compensation...if...you live in an apartment, have a very little family, drive a clunker car, and have little to no bills. Like I said, run why you still can. Go ahead and work there. You'll be looking for better employment at about 1 1/2 to 2 years of working there, possibly sooner, from burnout. I had a career counselor tell me this once. he sees lots of former or current ECRAP employees.
