      Pros

      -Very good corporate structure from MT on up to Area Manager -Performance based promotions. -Ability to make alot of money at certain locations.

      Cons

      -Work/life balance is non-existent. -50 plus hours a week. -Short staffed locations make it tough to take any time off. -Getting moved around with no choice at all can set you back in your career.

      Pros: it all depends on the branch. Some are horrible, some are easy to deal with. Some are more stressful than others.

      Cons

      Pay is obviously too low, especially when you consider what they expect from you and the stress they put you through.
