Pros
At this position it is very good experience when you are just graduating college. They get you in there and train you the best they can so that you can be promoted to the next level within 8 -12 months. The atmosphere is a very friendly one and they only hire other motivated individuals like yourself.
Cons
The hours are crazy. You work from 7:30am-6pm and get an hour break. If you can't sell you will not stay long with the company.They do try to get you promoted fast but sometimes it requires a 30 min to 1hr drive into work everyday. For me that is not acceptable. That would mean leaving the house at 6:30 am and getting home around 7:00 pm and thats if traffic is good.
