      Pros

      Enterprise is a great place to get your feet wet for a carreer else where. I would hight recommend it for new college graduates as it looks great on your resume and they have decent benefits. If you make it to Branch Manager you learn alot about the back end of the business.

      Cons

      you rent cars for a living!!! long hours, promotions only goes as far as branch manager then your stuck, have to wash cars in business atire, very few holidays, high turnover. Im not going to lie the company is very smart who else can hire college graduates have them work 50 hours a week and pay them 30k a year starting

      Pros

      I worked with a lot of great people in my years with Enterprise. I liked that I was able to take advantage of opportunities in different divisions and grow with the company. The benefits seemed to be pretty good.

      Cons

      There seemed to be a disconnect with some of the upper management. It is a tough environment right now and many people with a great deal of history with the company are being laid off. Personally, being laid off has been a good thing for me as it has encouraged personal growth. For others, it has created a great deal of stress. Enterprise did okay by their employees that have been/are being laid off but it is never a good sign when companies have to take such steps (this is a new thing that Enterprise has never had to do before).

      Pros

      Good experience in office management, inside and outside sales, everyone knows of the management trainee program. Great job to build your resume

      Cons

      Again, great place to start a career, not nessecarily the place to continue your career as other opportunities will offer more money and less time
