Pros

You get to meet cool people

Cons

1) HOURS. You work over 50 hours a week, and you’re always working weekends! You literally get no time to yourself and the PTO sucks!! 2) You have to wash cars in your business clothes. And these cars are FILTHY 3) The customers are EVIL. They are so rude and talk to you however they want, but you have to hold your tongue bc you are judged by a monthly customer service score that only considers “completely satisfied” customers 4) Promotion is a complete SCAM. Getting promoted to assistant manager means taking an hourly pay cut and getting paid LESS than those below you, all while you’re working LONGER hours. 5) The overall job is soooooooo stressful. You’re always running out of cars when you still have reservations. I read a review that said working at enterprise is like being a glorified Uber driver and I couldn’t agree more. I know being unemployed is hard, but DO NOT take this job. Please. It’s the worst job ever.

Pros

Upward Mobility, decent pay, good opportunity for those just out of college

Cons

For new employees, hours can exceed 50 hours a week, for managers 60, PTO accrues slowly, the company asks you to sign a waiver to get you to give up lunches on busy days, most places are understaffed, lunches are usually spent sleeping or crying in a car, no work-life balance, everyone is constantly burnt out or sick from being overworked, sick time is bundled in with PTO so if you do get sick you don’t get to take vacations, culture encourages you not to take breaks

Pros

-Training on professionalism, sales, and communication. -Learn how to handle upset customers in a professional way -Learn how to communicate on the go with team members -Good pay and benefits -Opportunity for growth -1 week day off per week, work every other weekend -Fun coworkers

Cons

-Long, inflexible hours (working at a latge branch) -Sales can feel a little pushy, espescially since I dont personally believe in the product all too much (Extra Vehicle Protection) -All you think about is cars all day long
