      Pros

      A very supportive and collaborative environment, with management that encourages professional development and learning new skills. It is pretty fast-paced and most employees work on multiple projects at once, so there's never much danger of getting bored.

      Cons

      This isn't necessarily a downside, but be aware that many employees work remotely, so it's important to make an extra effort to be communicative and stay in touch with your team.

      Pros

      Cognitive Computing is an exciting field to be in. Work is interesting and challenging. Collaborative team environment. Management encourages growth so if you're interested in applying your current skillset and learning new skills you should consider applying. I think most of the job postings are on linkedin.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment--not necessarily a con in my opinion, but if you don't like working in this type of environment and don't have the interest in putting in extra hours as needed, probably not a good place for you to work.

      Challenging and fun.

      Pros

      Ultra modern technology and application stack. Great clients, good projects. You will be able to make an impact on Fort 500 companies in a significant way. Company openly embraces developer suggestions and actively encourages learning emerging technology. Tight knit team that shares the lift across it's members.

      Cons

      Company has suffered extraordinary egos that left a mess but looks like we're in the clear now.
