Pros

The fast-paced and intense work environment will train you. You'll also have reliable co-workers.

Cons

The leadership is inefficient because it focuses on micromanaging the employees. I have full trust in the capability of my co-workers, and I don't think we deserved to be micromanaged by the management. The worst part is that we aren't allowed to question the decisions of the managers, even though they often make horrible decisions of their own.

At first, it sounded like a promising opportunity to be working here with all their promises as to more incentives and promotion opportunities.

Cons

Few months into working here, you'll realize that you've been fooled because all these promises were fake and you won't receive anything aside from what you currently received no matter how hard you try and how much effort you give.

The company is continuously growing and it opens more opportunities.

Cons

It's always busy in the office and everyone's minding their own business. If you're new, you really have to swim on your own and try to figure things out. There's no proper training for newbies, and everything is unsystematic. Work is all over the place and you have to look for what you can do because slacking in the office is not tolerated.
