Cons

Working for Entourage Events Group will lead to the deterioration of your mental and physical well-being. The stress here is unending due to the constant barrage of tasks and lack of support from the management. Not to mention, most of the managers here are also verbally abusive, and they often insult and talk down on their employees.

I had great clients/couples that I've worked with who appreciated me more than management has!

Cons

I wasn't prepared for the things that I would experience during my time here. The stress, hostile colleagues and management, and the discrimination! They were the biggest issue in this company and there's no amount of money that would make you feel better or avoid the toxic atmosphere!

I feel like with the right people in place, I can grow here. But currently, it isn't looking that way.

Cons

Very top-down company. They called at all hours of the day, even on weekends if they needed you. Asking for time off was an awful hassle and they always gave you crap for it, even if it was vacation time that was allocated to you. Constantly breathing down your throat was a ridiculous expectation and micro-managed everyone. They have cameras set up everywhere to make sure you aren't doing anything that "isn't work related." All they care about is profit margins and making money.
