      Pros

      I had great clients/couples that I've worked with who appreciated me more than management has!

      Cons

      I wasn't prepared for the things that I would experience during my time here. The stress, hostile colleagues and management, and the discrimination! They were the biggest issue in this company and there's no amount of money that would make you feel better or avoid the toxic atmosphere!

      I have been working with Entourage for quite some time, and I appreciate the company's supportive work culture. The company is keen on providing meticulous training and fully supports the employees. Managers follow an open-door policy, resulting in good communication and effective planning. We even get space for creativity, which helps us be motivated to contribute.
