I’m glad to have the opportunity to contribute to the professionalism and expertise of the team here. Also, the work environment strikes just the right balance between productivity and smooth workflow. It also helps that there is the willingness of every team member to collaborate. I also appreciate the consistently positive atmosphere and culture of cooperation and mutual respect, highlighting the company's dedication.

My co-workers here are the best! they're all very supportive and encouraging

Cons

But the management is the exact opposite. Even if we did well in an event, the managers still find reasons to verbally abuse and insult the employees. And if we did just okay, then that's when we hear the loud insults and yelling from the management. As an employee, you'll never win in this company because of the awful management.

Working with a team of exceptional colleagues, it has significantly enriched my professional skills. The pay and benefits package are also impressive as compared in the industry.
