Don't consider applying if you're an employee who has attendance issues, continually makes mistakes, doesn't work well with a team, does the bare minimum or you're a job hopper. Our team does not work well with these types of people, you add extra work to everyone's plate and your stay at Entourage will be short. Feedback is direct so if you're sensitive, this company isn't right for you! I knew all this going into my job as they disclosed it during the interview process. No secrets there!

Thinking back on my time working at this company. I couldn't help but feel demoralized. The CEO's insular attitude was a constant source of frustration for many of us. He was a man who refused to take feedback from anyone who wasn't part of his inner circle, and who seemed to actively discriminate against those who didn't share his views. Working under such conditions was not only demotivating, but it also depleted our morale. We were often left feeling undervalued and unheard, as the CEO would routinely belittle our ideas and dismiss our concerns.
