      Pros

      Entourage values those who value work ethic. Leadership has a no-nonsense approach to employment. The company pays very well. We have monthly company paid lunches, a break room stocked with awesome varieties of coffee and a very solid office team. Everyone is willing to help each other and everyone is very friendly.

      Cons

      Don't consider applying if you're an employee who has attendance issues, continually makes mistakes, doesn't work well with a team, does the bare minimum or you're a job hopper. Our team does not work well with these types of people, you add extra work to everyone's plate and your stay at Entourage will be short. Feedback is direct so if you're sensitive, this company isn't right for you! I knew all this going into my job as they disclosed it during the interview process. No secrets there!

      The company offers a positive experience overall. I like the company culture, which is described as supportive, collaborative, and fun. I also appreciate the opportunities for growth and development, as well as the chance to work on exciting projects and events. We have a work-life balance here and the pay is good.
