Pros

Great Pay, hybrid model, nice collegues

Cons

Managers take decisions without thinking in how it will affect their workers, it seems the only important thing is making money. They are forcing us to go more days to the office.

Great work culture. Team is great and a good source of knowledge.

Cons

Not fully remote. One day in the office. I like it but others might not.

Pros

Only experienced people who like to work in isolation might enjoy this kind of work culture.

Cons

Not a great work culture, people do not tend to mingle much. No team building activities are organized by the company, even if they are organized not many people attend. Career growth opportunities are very bad. None of the feedbacks provided by employees are considered to be implemented. Tech stack is stale and very rigid team structure.
