      Pros

      Product fits its market and money spent on improving UI. Fun individual contributor staff

      Cons

      The sales team as a political circus that centers on kissing the ring of CRO. Sales leadership is not uniformly bad, but mostly self important and focused inward. Middle sales management is a male-centric boys club creates a very questionable environment that makes it hard to get work done. The Austin office is a frat house. Product team cares nothing about actual underlying data and more about shiny things they can sell to BP.

      Pros

      Without exception, everyone I interact with on a daily basis is friendly and supportive. There is a really strong team culture and it feels like people have 'got your back'. Good salary and benefits, and a nice work environment

      Cons

      It's a fast-changing company in a fast-changing industry, and that might not be for everyone
