Positive people, great view, good benefits, convenient location to downtown and the greenbelt. Overall, a nice place to work with some great perks.

Cons

Lots of pointless meetings. Work can be repetitive at times or you might be under utilized. Pay is low for average.

Pros

DI has great perks and benefits. They try to create an fun and open environment with massages, group workouts, a company wellness program, and company wide activities.

Cons

This is a very high stress environment, especially since oil prices tanked. There is a lot of focus on getting on to the next newest thing, which is great, but there's virtually mo support or ownership of existing systems/processes.
