      Pros

      flex schedule, tattoos are allowed and you don't have to wear dress clothes everday

      Cons

      they are laying off several hard working individuals yet when it comes to the sales team they cater to their every whim instead of holding them accountable for their actions. It is very difficult to get a raise and instead of hiring more help they make you do more with less while they constantly hire more sales staff. There is no communication so the right hand never knows what the left hand does so to speak.

      Pros

      Interesting products and great ideas in theory. Learning the term "lipstick on a pig" which certainly applies here.

      Cons

      Lack of direction, cultivating a "Bro" culture, blatant disparities in pay and promotion opportunities, HR & accounting may need some training. Executive staff wants a big pay day and it is compromising the company culture. Long time employees are miserable.
