      Seemingly good culture, but be careful

      Pros

      The pay was a bit below market average, but I was happy with my salary, as was my team. There are a lot of fun team-building activities, and the CEO was very friendly and took the time to get to know everyone. I liked many of my co-workers, however...

      Cons

      The management is very underhanded. They tended to fire people/entire teams without much warning and cover up the reasons why. They moved half the team to a new location that was basically a warehouse with bad WiFi, which really undermined the culture that DI prides itself on, and then shut up any complaints from the departments working there. Politics are high here, although they may not necessarily appear to be. Be careful who you trust.

      Pros

      Very Relaxed atmosphere, Everyone knows what they need to do, and have no problems getting the job done.

      Cons

      Management could use some work, communication between management and employees is a little lax, needs improvement. They tend to have regular employees taking on the tasks that they should be doing themselves.
