      Work with some nice people

      Cons

      no one wants to help people grow, only looking out for themselves. Pay is awful. They moved my department to a run down building with no perks like the other office and the the CEO scolded the department for vocalizing this. There was inappropriate affairs at the office that people ignored. Overall horrible company for the reputation they have in the industry.

      Pros

      Company has good products and good reputation in the industry for their brand. President is very involved in day to day activities which can be a Pro but also a Con.

      Cons

      Management is very reactive. They lack strong managers that want and know how to grow employees. My manager was always fearful of losing her job which trickled down to her staff. Lots of layoffs. They are constantly laying off and firing people including leadership and VP level people.

      Trying to do big things and trying to dream/think big.

      Cons

      Highly political - backstabbing and sabotaging common. Promises unkept. Strategic deficits/gaps at the leadership level. Lack of communication/poor communication between functional silos and between home and satellite offices.
