Pros

Management is very person oriented. I’ve always had a great work life balance and have never had PTO denied. It’s a large and growing company with a lot of different opportunities.

Cons

Management can be a bit overloaded and can overlook individual needs.

Surrounded with people I respected who worked hard.

Cons

I received minimal onboarding, I received only passive support as I navigated the role, and I received no ramp quota, just an official piece of the overall pie.
