Enverus has the best software for all things Energy

Cons

Brutal KPIs. Price increases on renewals makes us lose clients. sneaky contract language that will force client to autorenew. Terrible sales leadership.

I loved the team that I worked with but with poor senior leadership and product vision, people I enjoyed working started to leave. The salary and benefits were pretty good. I liked the hybrid way of working.

Cons

Sales driven and poor senior leadership; lack of guidance and support. A lot of teams were stretched thin and worked under much pressure
