      Pros

      Best culture, work:life balance and general atmosphere of 3 med comms agencies I've worked for. I've been very lucky with the team I've joined Decent benefits and competitive pay

      Temporary promotions freeze started soon after the start of my employment, in September 2025 and is likely to be ongoing well into 2026

      Pros

      The teams are very good and everyone bends over backwards to help each other.

      Cons

      Top heavy. They keep filling more and more people in 'leadership' positions, there are very few workers. Same writers, same editors, same account managers on multiple teams. Have you worked anywhere where they make you do *extra* work outside of your normal work? They do here. Employee 'Extra Contributions' are a pain! Make it stop. They are made-up activities that are supposed to determine if you get a work bonus or not. But there haven't been any bonuses, pay rises or promotions for years. The people at the top keep coming up with 'extra' work for everyone: filling complex and detailed time sheets, too many pointless meetings, many pointless emails to read - just to give the top people something to do. Hire more people to do the work.
