      Pros

      Pertaining to ETS in Glastonbury, CT: The people all have great personalities. Bitter people need not apply. They seem to be open to letting people move around within the company. Every level of the company seems responsive to feedback. It is just an overall happy environment. The company is very open about it's financial and business successes. Bonuses seem to be consistent and generous.

      Cons

      The bottom level of the company seems to be underpaid relative to the amount of work expected. Experience (in terms of time) is overvalued and talent is undervalued.

      Great Company. Great People. Great Leadership.

      Pros

      Lots of smart people here. A real focus on customer satisfaction and making a difference in the Life Sciences Industry. Management continuously shows appreciation for hard work through verbal praise, work events, bonuses, raises, and amenities. Company is expanding and moving in new directions. There is an actual plan in place to get the company to the next level and they share it with us. The company is always trying to improve itself and listen to the employees.

      Cons

      Very picky about who is hired. Software requirements process is still a bit loosey goosey.

      Pros

      Friendly, collegial environment. Very progressive thinking company. Very selective hiring -- coworkers are bright, creative and professionally competent. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Salary increases have been mediocre, but this may have been out of the current management's control -- we were owned by UBC, Medco, and Express Scripts. Last year the company was bought by a group of investors, who were hand picked by company's very capable managers.
