Poor upper management with no real transparency. Direct managers do not have plan for your personal development. Just live in a cycle of doing your assigned work with not upward mobility,

Pros

Supportive line manager, immediate team is great

Cons

A multitude of changes to the organization in the past 2+ years with no clear communication from senior leadership. Lack of transparency, constant resourcing issues despite teams consistently flagging lack ot support, pressure to work overtime. Feels very unstable. No bonuses or raises or promotions this year with no timeline on when they will be back.

Pros

Flexible/unlimited PTO is the only pro.

Cons

Just about everybody I know here is being paid below market, but a substantial margin. Salary increases for inflation are behind/don't meet the cost. Those as well as performance increases have been pushed out numerous times. These have caused an exodus of some of our best talent. CEO search has also been ongoing for over a year. The process for performance review/rewards is a tediously documented process of review, by parties uninvolved with your work to gain little benefit/motivation. Teams are also very understaffed with no help on the way. Many are overallocated to multiple projects, causing strain on people/project timelines. Realizing after almost 6 years, career growth is a joke here.
