Pros

Envision recruits and retains the most qualified and experienced professionals in medical communications. Mentorship and career development occur naturally as a result. Upper management stays focused on growth of the business rather than affairs related to specific accounts. The company has a open work from home policy which allows employees to live anywhere in the country.

Cons

The industry as a whole can be very demanding, but all in all, the work load is managed very well. The main problems come from clients rather than internally.

Spreadsheet focussed, not people focussed

Some really good people there.

Cons

Envision is purely money and spreadsheet focussed. They pretend to be all about the team members but this is purely to pacify people. They don’t want to invest up-front in innovation but instead buy up companies to give the illusion of growth. A 5-yearly investment cycle drives all the decisions, and many of them seem bonkers to rational business-oriented people. The reinvestment inevitably makes the senior management ever richer whilst the workers are palmed off with below-average wages and promises that rarely materialise. Avoid
