Pros

First impressions are wonderful. Enthusiastic leadership tried to engage entire staff with fun weekly meetings. Company growth seemed impressive, rapidly expanding staff. Moved to a new building with much more space, better organized teams. Pay was commensurate to the positions.

Cons

Was leadership blind? Entire HR staff left. Several from IT staff left. Turnover became an issue, support for customers suffered.

Fair compensation for work done.

Cons

Nepotism at the managerial level. Blatant favoritism. ** DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY THE COURTESY OF A TWO WEEK NOTICE!!** notoriously walks employees out after they provide a two week notice. LONG hours, sometimes working a front desk position till MIDNIGHT or later on a week night.

The people are fun to work with. HR (Event Committee) keeps coming up with events throughout the year to help make things interesting. Upper management is down to earth and have an open door policy.

Cons

The work can get dull, but what job doesnt.
