"Grew too fast!"

Decent salary and good benefits. Flex hours.

Cons

Company doubled in size in less than 2 years. My opinion is they grew too fast and now are playing catch up to try and get their "stuff" together. Use to be a fun place to work at. Management did small things to show employees their appreciation. All that has stopped.

Everyone truly works as a team to build the best possible outcomes for our patients and referring physicians. Envision invests in their leadership team and provide a work experience that allows individuals and teams to excel without being micromanaged. Mistakes are looked at as opportunities for growth and development.

Cons

The company has grown quickly, and sometimes it feels as if there is a lag in development from real time to creating the best possible solution. However, I feel they are addressing this issue in new and innovative ways.

many locations can work at any and transfer if closer location has opening free exams for you and immediate family

Cons

Employees are treated like crap, no consideration to employee only patients will screw a patient over to keep "high referring' doctors happy antiquated system requires patient to fill out numerous paperwork estimates provided are often times not correct, policy is to collect and if error is made check will be mailed to patient but to collect something so percentages are satisfactory for corporate reports
