About 5 out 60 employees are real.. great snacks, christmas parties, benefits, and free gym.

Cons

Alot of bullying from certain departments, and No Loyalty no matter how long you have been with the company. Backstabbing is common like getting a drink of coffee everyday, and as long as you dont mind being used with no recognition then this is the perfect job for you.

Competitive salaries, fine free snacks, snazzy interior design.

Cons

Grossly incompetent managers, a revolving door of disgruntled employees and truly a miserable company to work for. Ships or plants catch on fire literally every month. One of my main duties is to put out PR statements casting blame elsewhere and extolling the wonderful nature of this company. Truly no one cares about fixing anything, and human resources spends about 75% of its time on job sites lying about how wonderful it is to work here, and 25% of its time trying to replace all the disheartened people who tried to work here but got burnt out.
