Pros

Great products, good people and good salary and benefits

Cons

I am working for the people team and leadership is awful. It’s top down management and you better do what you are told to. I would be out of here if the salary wasn’t good I will rather hate my job and get paid well as I need the money and the market is not friendly at the moment and Epic knows this. Epic was such a nice place 4 years ago but it’s a completely different company now. Growth opportunities are very random but we have lost many great performers to competitors due to the fact that they did not get opportunities to grow within Epic.

Weak leadership, too big

Pros

Benefits are incredible, they trap you there. Many of the original employees are still wonderful to work with and maintain the culture as best they can.

Cons

Got way too big without being prepared. Having to overhaul EVERYTHING. Leadership can't seem to make a decision on anything except revoking some benefits. Absolutely floundering on whether or not to go back to the office leaving everyone in limbo. Can't get anything done because the amount of approvals is insane with such a top heavy business. Most in leadership are new, did not promote from within so culture is no longer existent.

Pros

Catered lunch, can wear what you want at your desk, snacks and drinks

Cons

Horribly unorganized, will tell you one thing and it will be another behind your back, constantly changing proven procedures for no reason other than to do it, Let go of people without giving them a chance to correct an issue and then no replacing the agent and shifting the work load of the terminated agent to the rest.
