Pros

Great benefits, amazing talent, interesting problems to solve

Cons

It's no longer the small game studio that cares about its people. It has grown so large you are just a cog in the machine and easily replaced. This is not the same epic as when I joined.

Pros

- Awesome teams and a lot of transparency within the company. - Company wide events happen regularly. (movie nights, Food parties etc) -Fast paced but relatively low stress environment -Tons of room for career advancement -Food at the HQ is always stocked with healthy and tasty options

Cons

-Decent amount of crunch during certain points in the year -Depending on the building you are in communication can be a little bit harder with teams in another building.
