Pros

Really good benefits and perks, 100% covered medical and dental Quarterly bonuses 401k matching Charitable giving matching Profit sharing 2 week summer break 2 week winter break

Cons

Difficult work/life balance. They offer unlimited pto, but it is really hard to take any. That is why they close down for 2 weeks in summer and winter. Unspoken expectation to be available 24/7. Really hard to ever unplug.
