Great products, awful leadership

Pros

Epic games has great products, pays pretty well and have great health benefits. A lot of great people there as well, that is, below VP level.

Cons

Leadership (the higher you get, the worse it gets) is toxic and people there are in it for themselves, rather than the greater good of the company. Political games take up a lot of their energy. If only they could spend a tiny bit of that time listening to their teams, Epic would be in a much better place. The culture before 2021 was so good but it took them only 2 years to demolish it.
