Great products, awful leadership

Pros

Epic games has great products, pays pretty well and have great health benefits. A lot of great people there as well, that is, below VP level.

Cons

Leadership (the higher you get, the worse it gets) is toxic and people there are in it for themselves, rather than the greater good of the company. Political games take up a lot of their energy. If only they could spend a tiny bit of that time listening to their teams, Epic would be in a much better place. The culture before 2021 was so good but it took them only 2 years to demolish it.

Pros

It's the Wild West, and we get to do lots of cutting-edge work!

Cons

It's still the Wild West! Sometimes this can be frustrating and hard

Pros

Benefits like, healthcare, unlimited PTO (you never get a chance to take time off with a ton of work load)

Cons

Not a great company to work for unless you are a workaholic, they will make you work 50-60 hours a week without overtime pay unless your manager is empathetic.
