Good place to start a career. Lots of opportunity for growth. Nice for new grads who are moving from out of state since you’ll meet a lot of folks in similar stage in life.

Cons

They will work you hard and give you a lot of responsibility that you aren’t ready for as soon as you’re done with training. Ask questions and protect your time because no one here will do it for you.
