Pros
experience, networking are both available - lots of e learning as well. The ability to be exposed to many different customer environments offers the opportunity to gather information that will be useful down the road.
Cons
poorly coordinated - employees are considered nothing more than a resource for billable time , not as anything more. Customers are not treated as well as they should be. Management is driven only by dollars, not in value created. Very silo like in structure.
