      Pros

      The free perks, the AMAZINGLY relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and the overall supportive and welcoming attitude of everyone at the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lack of commeraderie and communication between the software development department and the department that installs the software onsite for our clients. This could potentially become a bigger issue if it doesn't get managed well...

      Pros

      Most employees are very nice and conscientious. Benefits are decent. Training opportunities are pretty good. Work-life balance is ok.

      Cons

      Pay is below industry average. Limited opportunities for advancement.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedules to suit your family life. I know several people who only work 4 day work weeks. Very little "politicing" taking place, at least that I am exposed to. People all get along and do their work, and don't worry about who is doing what, who did what, who was promoted, etc.

      Cons

      I find one of the problems which I am exposed to in the company, is some divisions don't talk or respect the opinion of some of the other groups, especially where the divisions are located in different geographic locations.
