1. Flexible timings 2. Work from Home option is available. 3. Good place to learn the domain.

Cons

There is no organization wise work flow. All are specific to each product. It is better to have a common workflow. Lots of different technology stacks.

Internal systems and processes require some work to support a fast operating pace. It means like clear information about the FBP declaration notification for new joinee from the payroll team
