Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Seriously the worst and most unprofessional company that I’ve ever worked for. I’ve noticed that the turnover rate is insane and most employees don’t stay more than a few months. The pay is so low you can make at least 10-20k more working for other companies in the same field. Everyone hates this place! They hire recruiters salary so they can stress you out work you 12 hrs a day and only pay you 40k or less. Everyone is pretty much hired right out of college because they know they are inexperienced and more willing to accept low pay horrible benefits and their toxic work culture. They move employees from multiple departments because everyone is literally quitting every week. Leadership does not support their employees and it’s just a numbers game. Management forces current employees to give good reviews online and for their best and brightest award. Seriously if they are the “best and brightest ” why is everyone quitting? If you’re looking to establish your career please don’t waste your time they will do absolutely nothing for you.

Pros

-Remote work -Friendly co-workers -No weekends or holidays

Cons

-Micromanagement is rampant. -Your recruiting leads will be overwhelmingly from making cold calls. -Cut-rate benefits. You would have better quality of care collecting Medicaid without paying OVER $1,100 a month for medical for your small family. -I was terminated without warning, a DAY after requesting a reasonable accommodation for a medical issue. Kinda weird right? -Do yourself a favor, use them to get a little experience if you need to, but don’t give them your all, it won’t be reciprocated. -When you ultimately do get fired, (again, average tenure is around 4-6 months) they will try to scare you out of the recruiting industry with their swiss cheese Non-Compete agreement, which is both too broad and too long to truly enforce. -This company isn’t worth your time. Take it if you need a job ASAP, but if you have other options that pay the same or better, take any of them besides Epitec. -I await a passive-agressive response from the PR team to this review, quelling reviews, and trying to represent the company in a positive light. Save it. Not EVERYONE who reviews on here could be wrong.

Since 1978, Epitec operates as a responsible and law-abiding employer. As the COO, I work directly with Epitec's Senior HR Manager and legal counsel to explore and determine if an accommodation changes the work environment or how things are customarily done that enable a qualified individual with a disability to enjoy equal service opportunities. Reasonable accommodation includes adjustments to assure that qualified individuals have rights and privileges equal to those of participants without disabilities. The ADA does not require programs to provide accommodations that pose an undue hardship. Undue hardship results from an accommodation that causes significant difficulty or expense. For example, an accommodation that significantly and permanently changes core working hours or the requirement to attend team meetings negatively impacts customer service and produces an undue hardship. Epitec understands that most accommodations are not expensive, nor do they involve much effort to implement. Epitec is eager to work with our employees' reasonable accommodation requests. Medicaid is typically not an option for those with wages above a set threshold. I am sorry things did not work out with you here at Epitec. Epitec encourages each Hire to understand their compensation, benefits, and the roles and responsibilities of the position before they accept employment with Epitec or another employer. We are eager to share Epitec's documented process maps, training, and performance management expectations. Please reach out to me directly to discuss this further at mjruma@epitec.com

Pros

They have a good team in place to handle immigration applications/formalities.

Cons

It was a good/caring company until they collaborated with another company and expanded there company. May be They just don't have enough time/resources to look after their employees now. Recruiters never gets in touch with people you refer. Pays lowest among all other companies. And extremely poor benefits without vacation time.

Please send me an email at mjruma@epitec.com so we can discuss this review further. I'd like to get more details. Epitec is required to pay a prevailing wage that may impact PTO. I'd also like to hear more about your referral experience.
