Being a privately owned, non listed company, the managers can focus on making quality products and building a great brand. Good work ethic among people. Quality product makes selling quite straight forward. Low er than average staff turn over.

Cons

Australian subsidiary is fairly small. So opportunities to move and grow are limited.
