Great benefits, great company culture

Cons

Pay is not competitive for the Denver area. Not a salaried position like I was told it would be. Epsilon is a big company and the different companies that fall under the Epsilon umbrella are not integrated well.

Well known company. Offices all over the country.

Cons

Everyone there in sales treats you like your stupid. Everyone thinks they are so important when they are selling people junk mail. They need to get lives outside of the office. No work life balance. Lots of shady office behavior going on. They take advantage of great talent and think that everyone needs to be replicas of each other. SO MUCH TURN OVER.
