Great place to work

Pros

I really enjoyed my time at Epsilon. I worked for a couple of wonderful managers

Cons

Upper management would get power trips, wanted more in office time to collaborate but people on your direct team were scattered across the country. It made no sense when there was no one to collaborate with in office. Complaints went to deaf ears.
