      Pros

      Working hours are 1 to 10pm for most of the employees. Salary is on-time. Good hikes every year. Friday free food. Cultural activities, team outings.

      Cons

      Onsite team feels they should have the control over project and deliverable's. So they expect we should work as they suggest.

      Flexible timing Good Pay Accessible and Friendly mangament Epsilon Brand I have worked with epsilon nearly 1.5 years from vendor side.Later I get to work directly with epsilon at beautiful Banglore office. Once you are in the office.you will start feeling privileged. Due to some serious family medical issue .I forced to take break and leave dream company Midway.but Still it's best company I was associated with in my carrier.
