Great people and innovative products that give them an edge in the struggling consulting market. Lots of opportunity.

Cons

Consulting agencies in general are struggling to maintain business as costs are causing clients to bring capabilities in-house.

Pros

Phenomenal colleagues who were smart and always striving to do their best work. There was a culture of sharing ideas and supporting each other's work within my department. There was a lot of flexibility regarding working from home. Many employees stayed at Epsilon for a very long time!

Cons

A lot of stress due to tight deadlines and not always enough resources for the workload. The company did several re-orgs during the 8+ years I was there.
