Business Outlook
Pros
Very flexible work like balance. Family first is very much respected. I like the casual environment and limited travel needed. I feel supported by my higher ups and I think they value each employees contributions. Unlimited PTO is treated as Unlimited PTO as long as clients are happy.
Cons
There are some issues with transparency from the top of the company. I don't like our benefits as much as I did before Epsilon was purchased by Publicis, but they are not terrible.
