      Smart people. Excellent customer relations. Creative people.

      Cons

      Super stress inducing. Snarky, nasty people at the top weed out or scare away good people. Very toxic environment.

      Pros

      Epsilon has been growing very fast because it wins a lot of new business. Many opportunities are available because of the high growth. The work is interesting, challenging and diverse. The environment is team centric for client operations and client projects.

      Cons

      Team staffing is very lean in many areas creating some areas of overwork and high stress. New client builds usually entail SIGNIFICANT overtime work with little to no extra rewards. Growing pains are quite evident regarding enterprise tools, consistent processes and continue organizational changes. Opportunities are available but sometimes challenging to capitalize on given current work assignments.

      Good location, decent commute from most areas near Boston

      Cons

      I could not comfortably recommend working for epsilon under any circumstance. layoffs, resignations, mismanagement, morale, "boys club" in upper levels. IT is destroyed. etc,etc,
