Pros

It is a professional company - you will, for example, get your computer, phone and other equipment within a few days of joining. The benefits are excellent, including death in service, health and pension. The people are lovely - not a single person I dislike

Cons

Promotion opportunities are dire. The cost cutting in these hard times, whilst ostensibly understandable, is incredibly demotivating. They expect long hours and huge commitment, with little reward. People are not appreciated for what they do.

Pros

1. You would have a good bunch of co-workers , who are equally beat down and ripped apart from over work like you. 2. Job Stability. One of the very few companies to hire even during the heights of recession. 3. Flexibility to work from home when required but it’s also a curse. 4. Epsilon relies more on traditional coding and scripting techniques as supposed to using readily available industry software thereby creating more jobs. 5. Recognition & reward for your performance( In most cases)

Cons

1. Very poor work life balance. You have to work at least 50 - 60 hours a week. This number goes up greatly if you are on a new build. 2. The management doesn’t care about team cohesiveness when selecting the team members. There are cases where you are left to work with someone who doesn’t care much about what you are doing, thereby creating more burden. Please take your time in hiring your employees rather than filling the position just for sake of it. 3. The management doesn’t care about the employee satisfaction. 4. For heaven’s sake please get rid of those ancient machines you call Laptops.

Pros

There is a lot of really good talent at Epsilon and they offered great benefits. I hope the company continues to grow and that they recognize more people that work very hard but are not recognized. I would work there again in the future if possible.

Cons

Many people work too many hours and are not compensated while others work very few hours and are held in high regards.
