Pros

- Flexible work environment - Challenging work - If you apply yourself, you will learn quite a bit about many different business disciplines

Cons

- Grew too fast by M/A activity - Executive team is disconnected - Everything is being outsourced to India - Decisions are made in a vacuums with no thought given to execution and support of production solutions - They are cheap... except at the sr executive ranks - IT is a mess... takes forever to get basic software to do your job or fix even the simplest help desk issue.

Pros

Broad range of marketing services to be engaged with, for the time you are there

Cons

They cannot pull it together fast enough. All the units are independent and not cooperative. Management cost cutting is a priority, with many jobs moving to India. At the same time, management, unable to integrate synergies, manages quarter to quarter. So if you work here, just be prepared to play the game. If your position does not show promise, leave -- or they will eliminate you.

Pros

I got some great experience working on things I hadn't really worked on before. So I learned a lot and it looks great on my resume.

Cons

Management is very disorganized. They don't have processes and procedures documented. It allows too much room for error, and then the "new person" gets blamed for not doing things right. Also, management isn't helpful when the new person has a question. They make you feel like your a real thorn in their side. They also don't like to promote from within. They don't want to take the time to mentor and coach people. I witnessed great people being pushed aside and a new person getting the senior position instead.
