Pros

Good pay Decent benefits New owner with better values Remote work

Cons

DXD is the odd duck on the Tech side of things, and has a SVP actively undermining the leads. This results in no hope of promotions for the creative teams. You have to leave the company and get hired back to get a raise or promotion. 98% white. 2% POC. Hitting the money goals are the only priority at Epsilon on the Technology side of things. Toxic clients are allowed to abuse creative teams and demand unreasonable deliverables, resulting in a constant revolving door of UXers and Designers. Epsilon cares only about the clients and their payments. Content strategy entails a lot of over promising and under delivering, with a good bit of internal back stabbing thrown in. A toxic mix with lots of 60-80 hour weeks and no support from higher ups. Not worth the pay or benefits at the end of the day. There are so many better companies out there. Keep looking.

Pros

They have lots of data, however, it's not easy to access, leverage or utilize for client purposes. The turnaround time to be able to apply data to support an insights or ideas requires weeks (not ideal for how quickly we need to deliver for clients).

Cons

Every role has a defined pay range, if you're looking for a good pay scale, this isn't the place. Senior management too heavily involved, hurts the overall ideas vs helping them. Lots of noise and promises but underdeliver to employees. Very political

Pros

Talented staff/co-workers. Hard-working teams. Big organization, so room to advance, though it may take a while. You get a lot of support from the people on your team. Good benefits (affordable health insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, etc.) Also generous time off; I get 5 weeks vacation after 10 years, plus sick days.

Cons

Management plays favorites. Raises not distributed fairly. I got a promotion last year with no pay increase because money was reallocated to "inner circle" darlings. A senior manager actually said my position was a support role and not as important as content creators, despite the fact that the content is greatly improved (not to mention legally and stylistically compliant) after my contribution. The company's restrictive budget also doesn't allow for teams to hire new staff even when workload significantly increases. As a result, I often feel overworked and underappreciated.
